And it’s what will make customers choose you over your competition. So, take some time to figure out your USP and ensure it’s front and centre in all your marketing materials. What’s Your Online Personality? As a marketer, one of your goals should be to develop an online personality for your company. It’s about creating an identity for your brand so people know who you are, what you do, and how they can interact with you. You should make a persona that people can identify with, which will help them trust and engage with your content more easily.

You have probably heard the saying; The world is against you. This is not true. The world is not out to get you. It is not a scary place. The world is full of opportunity. Some people want to help you succeed. You have to find them. Find those people and ask them how they would go about their jobs if they started again. Or how did you know that was a good idea? Maybe they will tell you something they learned from experience, but perhaps they will give you something entirely new.
Learn everything you can from everyone in your life who might have knowledge or insight that could help you succeed. Get mentors and advisors on board as soon as possible so that when challenges arise, there are people in your corner ready to support you. Seek opportunities to mentor others and take on projects that involve helping other people grow. Treat your colleagues with respect, understanding, patience, and empathy. Focus on relationships instead of tasks. If this seems too complicated or complex, change course – you’re trying too hard at the wrong thing.
